This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets forth how information is handled in the iOS application "PUMPSHOT" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). The App is provided by WeLeep, a sole proprietorship (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company").

The App is designed to be "fully local."
However, for billing features and ad display, the minimum information described in "3. Transmission to Third-Party Services" below is transmitted to third-party services.
The following information is handled only on the device to provide the App's features and is not transmitted outside the device.

Photos are imported through the iOS standard photo picker; the App can access only the photos you select and never requests read access to your entire photo library.
Sharing burned-in images (e.g., posting to social media) occurs only through the User's own actions. The App never automatically transmits photos externally.
The App uses the following third-party services for billing and advertising. Each service handles information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Depending on the location of the destination servers, information may be processed outside Japan.
